This hotel situated in a nice residential area offers great value for money. The rooms with balconies provide a lovely view of the neighborhood. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Moreover, the breakfast is a delightful spread of various fresh food items.

We had a fantastic stay at this comfortable and cozy hotel surrounded by beautiful scenery and many accessible beaches. the staff was very welcoming and helpful, offering us great information about the area and making our stay enjoyable. Our room was spacious and well-furnished with all the amenities we required, including fast and free wifi. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. We particularly liked the serene location near the beach and the friendly staff.

The parking area was limited and we had some difficulty finding a suitable spot for our vehicle.

Really quite difficult to find it out if you are arriving by car.

It is very close to the old city, you can walk to all of the city suites, The ferry is just around the corner. The hotel was one of the nicest ladies <i meet in Croatia.

I had a med sizes car and I host came and helped me park in her car park. The car park is great it is the narrow streets and drive way. But this was not a complaint. Just something to know. Ask the host she will help.

Villa Confort Exclusive exceeded our expectations in many aspects. it offered incredible value for the price, providing a level of comfort and service that far surpassed what we paid. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail was evident in the extremely clean rooms and common areas. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a lovely neighbourhood close to the beach. We were able to easily walk to the beach and explore the nearby city centre of Rovinj. The convenience of having a room with a balcony allowed us to relax and enjoy our surroundings. Lastly, we were impressed with the breakfast options available, offering various fresh foods that catered to our preferences.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Distance to city center Rovinj and beach is not optimal.

When we arrived at the Pansion the owners husband came and drove us to the apartment which was very helpful as it is hard to find. We then programmed the address in to our GPS which was necessary throughout Croatia and Slovenia as street signs are limited! The apartment was spacious and took care of all of our needs. There are grocery stores throughout the neighborhood. Also the owner spoke german and the daughter speaks english which helped us communicate!

The staff was amazing and made us feel very welcomed. They were helpful with any questions we had and even provided us with a lunchbox when we had to leave early one day. the location was great, with a supermarket and cash point nearby. We also enjoyed the free parking and the rental bikes that were available on site.

The internet connection on the second floor was almost non-existent, which was a bit frustrating. We had to go down to the ground floor to use it properly.

When we reached the room (3rd floor, no lift) we noticed that we were right below the roof. Because of this part of the room (the bathroom) had a very low ceiling (1.80m in the highest spot, rapidly declining to around 1.50m at the wc). I'm 1.90m tall so we asked for another room which we got, this time on ground floor (but what if there was no other room available?). The new room had a normal ceiling but the bathroom had a strong smell of sewer.

Spacious flat with big bedrooms. Great for families. Nice area for sports and biking. Peaceful and quiet. Reliable wifi. Clean with frequent towel changes. Kind and helpful owner.

Not one thing.

The staff spoke English well and were very helpful. It was clean and the air conditioner worked well also.

Poor breakfast, no elevator, unefficent staff.
